The homes are a little older than many within the city. Most were built between 1983 and 2003. Still, they are gorgeous and the location is supreme. The largest is just over 5,000 square feet. The only bad thing about this neighborhood is they seldom become available for sale or lease. That is unfortunate for those who are looking for a prestigious lakefront residence.

The community entrance is on Winter Garden Vineland Road. Just across the street are stores, service providers and restaurants. Within 1 mile you will be at the Winter Garden Village and the local Orlando area turnpike. When you return home you will be in your own peaceful slice of heaven.
