Gated communities absolutely keep unwanted traffic off neighborhood streets and make those same streets safer for enjoyment and resident use. Bay Isle does have a community lake feature but it has no community boat ramp.

There is a large 5.8-acre community park with a pond, fountain etc. which is found in the middle of the neighborhood. There is no community pool but many of the 91 homes which are located within this community have private pools.

The first of the homes here were built in 2002 and most were finished before 2007. This is a fairly small community compared to some others nearby but it also has 13 lakefront homes on what can honest be called amazing lots. The only thing which might make Black Lake better is if you could take your boat (by water) to Johns Lake. Unfortunately, although they are connected it is only underground.

The location

Another thing which makes this community shine is the location. Lots of neighborhoods say that but it is true here. Shopping, dining and many necessities are under one mile away at the Winter Garden Village. The local Orlando area turnpike access is also within 5 minutes. For those who love local culture downtown Winter Garden is due north just over 5 minutes away. It is truly tough to beat Bay Isle in Winter Garden FL.
