Glynwood in Winter Garden FL is a gated neighborhood. Glynwood has two distinct sections which are located across from one another on New Stonecrest Boulevard which connects Daniels Road with Winter Garden Vineland Road to the west.

Glynwood 1 and Glynwood 2 will both be referred to as just Glynwood on this page. The only reason they are separate is they were limited in size because of available land. The north part has 87 homes and the south part has 65 homes. All the homes are the traditional style of home and there are no townhomes in Glynwood.

Glynwood shares the amenities with other Stonecrest communities. The pool is across Daniels Road by the Foxcrest entrance and there is also a children’s playground there. This area usually has people out walking around during all hours of the day. There are sidewalks everywhere and attractive ponds in Stonecrest. Glynwood residents get to take advantage of all of them.

The homes here

The homes in Glynwood were built between 2002 and 2007. Although they are not the newest homes in this area but they were all built to the new building codes put into place by the state in 2002 or even better. Most of the homes you may see on this page will be from 2,400 to 4,000 square feet. All the homes have at lease 3 bedrooms and many have the desirable 5 bedrooms useful for multi-gen families etc.

The local area

To the southeast and practically across the street is the Winter Garden Village. This shopping center is over 80 acres of the most popular shops, restaurant and service providers in the city. There is even a LA Fitness Center and emergency care center. Adjacent to the Village to the south is access to the local turnpike. Plant Street or downtown Winter Garden is about 2 miles to the north.
