Chapin Station on the West Orange Trail is the northernmost station in Winter Garden. Chapin Station also serves as a community park and has many attractions. Those attractions include a children's playground, tennis courts, basketball court and a total of 20 acres covered by beautiful shade trees. Those 20 acres include 12 for the Station and 8 for the adjacent park area. Thousands walk along the trail and visit Chapin Station each day.
Chapin Station serves as the West Orange Trails main park office. You can call this location to inquire about available rentals such as the pavilion etc. As a side note it takes around 3 to 4 weeks for scheduling, payment and approval for rentals. Call the number below for further inquiries.
Chapin Station is around 8 miles to south of Apopka Station and around 2 miles north of the Winter Garden Station. The trail is fairly easy to follow and is in good condition. Most prefer the distance between here and Killarney Station because there is more to see and stop to visit. From here northward the distance is between communities and a little more sparse. We recommend staying between Chapin and Killarney and if necessary making the loop. Rules and guidelines are available at the stations. Primarily keep to your right and be polite. Maybe we will see you soon at the Chapin Station on the West Orange Trail.
