The amenities and the local area would be difficult to improve on. The amenities even include a private albeit rather steep boat ramp and some canoes. The community pool is fantastic, there is a fitness center and covered area as well. The mail center is also located there with plenty of parking.

Within 2 miles you can be at the Walmart Supercenter, Publix Supermarket, The Theater, Fords Garage paying way to much for a hamburger or one of the many other fine restaurants. Walt Disney is 15 minutes away and turnpike access is realistically 5-8 minutes from the main community entrance.
