Wintermere Pointe in Winter Garden FL is a gated community. Wintermere Pointe has two community entrances. The main entrance is located on the west side of Winter Garden Vineland Road and the other is on the north side of Tilden Road ¼ of a mile west of Winter Garden Vineland Road.
Wintermere Pointe contains 204 single family homes. No townhomes, no condos just beautiful traditionally styles homes. The first house built here was in 1999 and the last home was completed in late 2004. There were many floorplans to choose from and a wide variety of exterior finishes. The smallest floorplan was around 1,800 square feet and the largest was just over 4,200. Most of the designs used 4 and 5 bedrooms.
The community looks great. The main entrance is attractive and a quick drive through the neighborhood will help assure you that the neighborhood will be popular for years to come. There is a community park with parking, a children’s playground and a tennis court just south of the Wintermere Pointe main entrance. The lack of a community pool and a guard at the gate make the HOA fees much more reasonable. About one mile to the south is Braddock Park which is fairly-large and there is a LA Fitness just a few minutes north.
Locally there are a few shops and restaurants to the south less than a mile away. Most likely the majority of your shopping and dining will be done at the Winter Garden Village to the north less than 5 minutes away from Wintermere Pointe. A Target Supercenter, Lowes Hardware, countless restaurants, clothing stores etc. are located at or adjacent to the Winter Garden Village. The WGV sets on over 80 acres and is great to live nearby. You can also be on the turnpike doing your more distant commuting in under 5 minutes.
