The downtown Winter Garden area is incredible. From the moment you pass the downtown thresh hold you realize your in a more modern city with just a touch of historic flair. The main street in the downtown area is Plant Street and it is lined with places you will want to visit. You will see hundreds of local residents dining along the street, passing through via the West Orange Trail or at the Weekly Farmers Market.

Lake Apopka is just one of the many lakes we have in the city. There are plenty of public boat ramps and city parks to visit while you get the feel for the area. Most of the historic homes are near the downtown portion to the north and south. However, there are also plenty of new homes and fantastic communities.

To the south of Winter Garden/Orlando is Horizon West. Horizon West is the hot ticket in Central FL. Just one of it's claims to fame is it borders Walt Disney World property. This is the most modern part of Central Florida and it's turnpike allows you to reach downtown Orlando in about 20-30 minutes depending on time of Day. Some communities here watch the fireworks display held in Disney from their homes.
