What makes a bad applicant? Someone who has a bad credit history and conceals it. Someone who who misinforms the management company about their rental history. Someone who lies about employment or work history. Someone who lies about other potential occupants of the home. The list goes on and on although most bad occupants pursue for rent by owners.
