Why consider living in Westbrook? First there are some nice amenities here. There is a community pool with a children’s playground and two nice large open area in the middle of the neighborhood. The townhomes were built between 2008 and 2011 which is at least 6 to 9 years after the building codes in FL were revamped drastically improving the homes built here. These townhomes are anywhere from 1,483 square feet to over 2,000 square feet in size and a few even have a bedroom on the first floor.

Local shopping

Westbrook is near the Stoneybrook Village. In fact, here is an entrance on the south side of this community that goes to the local shops. There are restaurants, a Publix Supermarket and much more available here. Directly north on Avalon Road leads to Colonial Drive and Plant Street. If you want to do some serious shopping in Winter Garden or the Winter Garden Village is about a 5-to-10-minute drive and you will most likely find what you need there. Next to the village is the local turnpike access.
