I always wonder who owns those wooded areas because so often they get built upon after unsuspecting home owners spend their hard earned money. Good news, the community owns this 12.39 acres as of the day I write this.

Turningwind Lane in Winter Garden FL is 1,450 feet long and runs from northwest so southeast along the southern part of the neighborhood. The main features are the two ponds of which there is one at each end of the street with a few waterfront homes.

From this street it is just 1.9 miles to the Target Supercenter that is located in the Winter Garden Village. Before you reach the village you will have passed turnpike access and of course the Shoppes which are right outside this neighborhood.

There are 17 homes which are either waterfront or back up to the neighborhood preserve. On the opposite side of the street there are 12 in a more traditional community setting but the two southernmost of those twelve are also on one of the ponds.
