Near the Orchard and just to the north (under a mile) the local Publix Supermarket is on Colonial Drive/Winter Garden Vineland Road. Colonial Drive has been gathering local businesses for over 100 years. Just a few minutes further north is the downtown area. To the south about 5 minutes away is the Winter Garden Village which is amazing to have so close by the Orchard. 80+ acres of shopping and dining not including what is nearby. Adjacent to the WGV is the local turnpike access for longer trips.
