The first of these homes was built in 2017 and construction is now complete. One of our realtors lives in the Sanctuary at Twinwaters and the rest of us live surprisingly nearby. Why? The area is amazing, the downtown portion of the city is nearby and so are all the modern conveniences we have all grown accustomed to.

The amenities here are somewhat sparse but still appropriately sized, attractive and overlook beautiful lake Avalon. You will find them on your right after entering the community from Marsh Road. Behind the community pool there is a very nice children’s’ park area and community pier.

Locally there is much to do and modern conveniences are within a 5-to-10-minute drive to either the east or west. Eastward is the Stoneybrook Shopping Village with a supermarket, restaurants, shops and several other interesting places. Just 10 minutes away is the Winter Garden Village which is of course a must see. If the Farmers Market in downtown Winter Garden FL sounds great to you then it is also just over 10 minutes away.
