Regency Oaks has around 163 homes within its boundaries. That makes it one of the larger neighborhoods in this part of town. Good news for those who are searching for a lace to live where they can spend their days off relaxing and not driving great distances to restock items, eat a good dinner or visit a school function.
The last of the homes here were completed in 2005. It took only 2 years to build the community and people waited in line to purchase these houses. Little did they know 15 years later the homes would sell almost immediately if priced correctly. Homes here usually lease within a week with plenty of applicants applying.
