Regal Pointe in Winter Garden FL is a non-gated community. Regal Pointe is one mile southeast of Winter Garden's downtown area. The main community entrance is located on 9th Street just under a quarter of a mile north of Colonial Drive.
Regal Pointe is an attractive community and has some interesting features. Namely, there are two large ponds measuring 2.8 acres each. The ponds have fountains and provide water views and frontage for quite a few of the 182 traditional single-family style homes here. In the center of the community there is a large open park area that measures 1.5 acres.
This area is where the children’s playground is located. With the price of real estate in this city as high as it is large open park spaces when not mandated by the city are getting more and more rare.
The first homes built here were in the year 2000 and all the homes were completed by 2003. The largest homes measures about 2,316 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The most efficient (smallest) home is a cozy 1,260 square foot 3 bedroom and 2 bath home. There are no 5-bedroom homes and there are some community restrictions.
The local area is of course amazing. We are somewhat partial being WinterGardenFL.com but it still is true. With Colonial Drive a short distance away of course dining and shopping are not far from any doorstep in Regal Pointe. Within a 5-minute drive there is a Walmart Supercenter, Hospital and Publix Supermarket.
