Regal Pointe is an attractive community and has some interesting features. Namely, there are two large ponds measuring 2.8 acres each. The ponds have fountains and provide water views and frontage for quite a few of the 182 traditional single-family style homes here. This area is where the children’s playground is located. With the price of real estate in this city as high as it is large open park spaces when not mandated by the city are getting more and more rare.

With Colonial Drive a short distance away of course dining and shopping are not far from any doorstep in Regal Pointe. Within a 5-minute drive there is a Walmart Supercenter, Hospital and Publix Supermarket.
