Well drive and Park Court are two small cul-de-sacs.

On the northeast corner of this neighborhood is the Dr. Bradford Memorial Park. This is a 12-acre park with sidewalks, a large open area and a canal to Lake Apopka that passes under Gator Bridge which is a human walkway bridge.

The final homes were built in Kings Bay in 1999. The first homes were built in the mid 1980’s and there are some homes mingled in that are in another subdivision. Those homes are now historic homes and are on North Park Avenue and Park Court. Westlake Manor is the name of the subdivision they are in and the oldest was built in 1966.
