Nearby we discover why this neighborhood opted to not have certain amenities. Just under 1 mile away along the Lake Apopka shoreline is Farnsworth Pool and Newton Park. At those locations there is a public boat ramp, pool, very nice pier, trails, park tables and children’s playground. Ad to that the great parking and you see why so many locals love it here.

Fishing, picnics and more just under one mile away. Of course, you can always choose to visit the local farmers’ market in downtown Winter Garden but if not there is a Publix Supermarket three miles north at Fountains West.
