Innovation at Panther View is in Horizon West. Innovation is across the street from two other fine community which are slightly different. Innovation was originally conceived as a solar community and was then laced alongside the local golf course.

Innovation at Panther View can be found on the western side of Summerlake Groves Street. This street has slightly more traffic now than when the community was just built but is is still far less than what you might think. The community is relatively quiet and lightly trafficked other than residents. While living in this peaceful community you get to be within just over 3 miles if you draw a straight line to Walt Disney World.

The homes

The first homes here were completed in 2018. It only took a couple of years to complete the neighborhood even though this area was only just getting started. The location and quality homes were most of the reason although solar power does interest many of the residents.

Amenities

The amenities are rather sparse. There is no community pool but there is an open area out of view from the main entrances, Many of these homes have private pools and the lack of a community pool does help keep down the cost of your HOA payments

Minutes away to the north is the Hamlin Town Center. Shopping, dining and entertainment can be found in that area.
