Fullers Oak contains only 25 homes. The homes are of the traditional single-family type with modern designs and fine finishes inside and out. The community was built by Meritage Homes and some amenities were built within the community. Namely the children’s playground which is in the northwest corner.

Meritage is a well-respected builder and has built many fine communities within this city. They certainly did a fine job with this neighborhood. Several floorplans were offered and several elevations (exteriors). Just enough to maintain the feel of the community and still allow the homes to not all appear to be the same.

We certainly like this community and believe most will. The smallest floorplan built here was a 3,000 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The largest home you may see available here is over 5,000 square feet with 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. As you can see those numbers are fairly-impressive.

The Area

The area has the suburban feel. It is however just a 5-minute drive to the nearest Publix Supermarket which is to the north at Fountains West. Chapin Station is about 1 mile south on the West Orange Trail which passes by the west side of Fullers Oak. Chapin Station has a lot of attractions and is a beautiful park. If downtown is where you are headed expect a 5-to-10-minute drive depending on what part you are headed to.
