Northern amenities breakdown

Two of the community pools have fitness centers. The northern pool on Marina Bay Drive has a smaller fitness center, miniature golf course, volleyball court and of course it is lakefront. Adjacent to it's ample parking lot is a community pier and the mailboxes. That is just the tip of the iceberg in this part of the community. There are also parks, tables and even dog parks for our furry family members.

Atwater Bay amenities

The main amenities center came a couple of years later. It is located in the southern part of the neighborhood on Meadowbrook Drive. The bulk of the residents (at least currently) use this amenities center and you will see it most commonly in the advertisements. Parking is rarely hard to get as enough spaces were built. The community mailbox center is here and so are multiple sports fields. The pool is amazing. The zero entry, splash pad, outdoor grill and all of the seating makes this a truly resort style pool. Inside the amenities center once again is overwhelming. The fitness center is good enough for anyone to get a good workout. There is a children's area and ballroom too.

Newest amenities

Between Mangrove Cove and Admirals Lane there is a new community pool and playground. Encircles by homes there is also a large open area, parking and a lot of smiling new home owners who were waiting for it's completion.
